About the Role:
As a Repair Centre Manager, you will have full financial responsibility for a site with a turnover in excess of £3.8m and 26 staff. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating with clients and our expert production team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the 'public face' of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch
* Engage with staff regularly, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
* Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.
* Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service-level agreements.
* Perform daily/weekly on-site and production reports and meetings
* Proactively gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
* Build detailed knowledge of client profiles to maximise upselling opportunities.
* Foster a flexible and well-resourced team environment.
* Ensure compliance with Housekeeping, Health & Safety, BSI0125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.

* Proficiency in relevant software, including Office 365.
* VDA IMI and Audatex qualifications ().
