We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Repairs Co-Ordinator to join our clients welcoming team. As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the completion of repairs within a specific work stream.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Repairs Co-Ordinator your key duties will include:

* Handle a range of customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring compliance with processes, while meeting the needs of vulnerable customers

* Ensure accurate information is collected and coordinated to meet the required SLAs for repairs.

* Deal with complaints positively, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery.

* Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Repairs Co-Ordinator, you must have:

* Proven experience within an administrative, scheduling or customer service role within property services/ repairs

* Strong experience of producing reports/ KPI data for managers

* Excellent communication skills, over the phone and via email

* Strong organisational skills.

* Proficient user of Microsoft packages including as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
