Repairs InspectorBromsgrove, Worcestershire£37,960.52per annum + excellent benefitsPermanent, Full TimeClosingDate:Friday 1stMay 2026 4pmInterview Date: Wednesday 13thMay- in person interview We now have an opportunity for a Repairs Inspector to join us to inspect, schedule and monitor day to day repairs within occupied and un-occupied homes tobdhtstandards.The RoleYou will carry out pre-termination and mutual exchange inspections, working closely with operatives, internal teams,contractorsand third-party partners to ensure consistentlyhigh levelsof customer satisfaction.You willmaintainfinancial and statistical records for reports including those required by the Trusts Board and ensure the Trusts stock condition database is updated andmaintainedon a regular basis.About YouWe are looking for a customer focussed individual with experience of working within the construction industry - ideally within the Residential Social Landlord sector. Youllhave demonstrable experience diagnosing,schedulingand managing repairworksand ideally hold an HNC/HND minimum in Building Construction.Youwill be an excellent communicator and will regard customer satisfaction as your highest priority.Proficiencyin the use of basic IT systems along with the ability to use handheld technology to record client management informationis essential.Youare also required tohold a current valid driving licence and have access to an appropriately insured vehicle.The post holder will be subject to a DBS checkat the Basic level.
