Permanent - Full Time We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team. About the Role Joining our team, you will take ownership of and manage reactive jobs using in house systems to schedule works, ensuring future appointments meet contractual Service Level Agreements; handle client calls and emails to log issues; maintain timely system updates for client and operations visibility; liaise with engineers to ensure they have necessary supplies; monitor case workload and escalate issues to the Team Leader as needed; and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to proactively enhance operational efficiency and customer service. About You To come from a planning or scheduling background.
