Repairs Manager – Social Housing (DLO)
Location: South London
Contract Type: Interim
Rate: £58.46 per hour (All-inclusive Umbrella)

We are representing a well-established social housing organisation seeking an experienced Repairs Manager to support the delivery of responsive repairs services across their South London portfolio. The role will have responsibility for managing a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and ensuring service delivery aligns with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational leadership for the responsive repairs service

*

Manage and performance-monitor DLO operatives and supervisory staff

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory obligations

*

Oversee service performance against agreed KPIs and budgets

*

Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction

*

Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and senior management

Key Requirements:

*

Demonstrable experience in a Repairs Manager or similar role within social housing

*

Proven track record managing in-house DLOs

*

Strong understanding of housing maintenance, compliance, and repairs delivery

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
