A growing communications technology business is seeking a Repairs Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Cambridge Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repair services in line with SLAs and KPIs, while leading and developing a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and performance manage the repairs team
Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs and business targets
Act as the main customer contact for repair services and escalations
Manage workflow, capacity planning, and repair centre costs
Maintain compliance across health & safety, quality, and security standards
Drive process improvements and support new product introductions
Liaise with internal departments and regional repair partners
Requirements
Electronics qualification (minimum ONC or equivalent)
Experience supervising teams within an electronics repair or manufacturing environment
Strong customer-facing B2B experience
Experience managing SLAs and service workflows within an ERP system
Commercially aware, data-driven, and organised
Full driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel
