Were partnering with a leading client in the Defence sector to find a skilled Requirements Manager specialising in Modelling & Simulation (M&S). This pivotal role is based in Northwood, with the flexibility of hybrid working and regular travel to other UK MOD locations, supporting critical Defence capabilities. Role Overview As Requirements Manager, you will oversee the development, validation, and management of capability requirements for synthetic Modelling & Simulation. Your expertise will ensure a seamless connection from Defence policy through to user needs. What Youll Be Responsible For Leading the elicitation of requirements from users, policy stakeholders, and operational areas. Developing and maintaining key documents such as the User Requirements Document (URD), CONOPS, CONUSE, and CONEMP. Ensuring all requirements are SMART, testable, traceable, and aligned with Defence priorities. Owning and managing the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and baseline. Managing formal change control processes and assessing impacts across requirements levels. Validating requirements through design reviews, supporting SOC/OBC/FBC submissions.
