Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and verify system and sub-system requirements using DOORS NG

Lead migration of requirements tools from CRADLE to DOORS NG , including training and process development

Define and model system architecture (experience with CAMEO desirable)

Drive systems integration, validation, and design reviews ( SRR , PDR , CDR )

Support full lifecycle development using the V-Model

Lead SE process improvements, including metrics and training within the business

Act as SE SME across global engineering teams

Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in aerospace or defence systems engineering
