Job Title: Rescue Product Owner
Location: Leeds, London Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Time Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

What you'll be doing
You will manage the product vision and requirements with the support of the development team and Commercial Leads. You will report into the Head of Strategic Change, Rescue.
Lead the product management life cycle (understanding the strategic goals, product execution) for products within Rescue
Ensuring alignment with strategic goals, taking commercial direction from the Commercial Lead and wider business stakeholders
Ensuring Customer centricity for all that you do
Develop and own the vision, product roadmap and value business cases
Strong and productive stakeholder relationships including stakeholder mapping
Responsible for the day-to-day execution of all product activities, performance and ongoing improvement to meet the product and business's goals
Deliver and prioritise agreed objectives, forecasts and budgets for your product
Commercial sizing of product improvement ideas, ensuring a viable value business case
Manage and prioritise the product backlog
Ensure risk and controls are managed and followed through the build, test and release lifecycle
Ensure post-implementation value delivery outcomes and benefits realisation
Sharing Product Ownership best practice across the business
Coach peer group and juniors
Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office
What you'll need
Experience of Product Ownership
Experience of working with Scrum Masters & Development Engineers
Familiar with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Competence in using insights to identify product improvements
Develop business cases & benefits calculations for change initiatives
Prioritisation of the Product Development Roadmap
