Job Description

Our client is looking for a senior research analytics specialist to shape and deliver advanced statistical analysis across survey-based research projects. This role has full ownership of analytical workstreams, from early consultation through to final delivery, and plays a key role in turning complex data into clear, influential insight for senior decision-makers.


What you’ll be responsible for

  • Taking charge of high-impact analytics projects that use market research data to inform strategic business choices.
  • Designing and applying sophisticated analytical approaches such as driver modelling, audience segmentation, perceptual frameworks, and pricing analysis.
  • Working closely with quantitative researchers and data specialists to create robust, forward-thinking research solutions.
  • Managing projects end-to-end, balancing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards while proactively addressing risks and challenges.
  • Communicating insights clearly and persuasively to senior leaders, ensuring the customer perspective is always front and centre.
  • Maintaining rigorous quality control and ethical standards in line with recognised research best practices.


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong professional background analysing survey data using multivariate statistical methods, ideally gained within a research or insights consultancy environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with analytical programming tools such as R or Python.
  • A solid grounding in statistical theory, including techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, correlation, factor and cluster analysis, and related methods.
  • Ability to understand commercial challenges, partner with stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective analytical approaches.
  • Confidence in crafting insight-led stories and presenting findings in a clear, engaging way to a range of audiences.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments, with the flexibility to juggle priorities and a mindset focused on learning and development.
