We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented R&D Tax Manager to lead a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth, compliant processing of R&D tax claims from start to finish.

✅ Manage Client Portfolio – From inception to review

✅ Streamline Workflows – Ensure timely completion of jobs

✅ Lead & Mentor – Guide your team through the R&D process

✅ Client Engagement – Deliver educational seminars (in-person & Teams)

✅ Improve Processes – Help clients enhance record-keeping

✅ Compliance & Quality – Interview clients, meet R&D criteria, review reports

✅ Handle HMRC Enquiries – Resolve queries with confidence

✅ Train Junior Staff – Share knowledge and best practices

✅ Business Development – Drive growth and client success

Skills & Expertise:

Demonstrable experience in R&D tax relief

Excellent report writing and communication skills

Strong client-facing experience

Up-to-date knowledge of legislation & case law

Proven ability to manage teams and deadlines
