Just Recruitment is working with a well-established business based near Colchester looking for a Research & Development Assistant to join their busy studio.
You will play a key role in supporting the studio's day-to-day operations, helping to manage workload priorities while contributing creatively to projects from concept through to installation.
Duties include:
  • Organising and prioritising daily studio workload
  • Researching concepts and developing creative ideas
  • Creating mood boards and design presentations
  • Producing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Supporting the team with general studio coordination
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A strong interest and background in art/graphics
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
Own transport essential due to location
