JOB TITLE: Research Director (Ad-Effectiveness)
SALARY: Up to £90k
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)

THE COMPANY

The client is an award winning research consultancy, working on projects around the globe. They utilise data, technology and creativity combined with cutting edge research techniques to provide sharp thinking for some of the world's biggest brands in a variety of sectors.

They are currently looking to bring in a Research Director, who has experience in working on Ad-effectiveness projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Evolve research strategy, shape team culture, drive innovation; ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead pricing, proposals, revenue growth; partner on forecasting, craft strategic commercial narratives with senior leadership.
• Cultivate senior client relationships, champion operational excellence, refine workflows, mentor team to uphold research best practice.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Deep expertise in ad effectiveness and cross-media research with strong digital and commercial credentials.
• Strategic, financially literate leader balancing growth and efficiency; confident navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer; builds strong relationships, stays calm under pressure, energised by leadership challenges.
