Your Day to Day These are typical responsibilities, though as Ipsos is a dynamic organization, duties may vary:
Leading and inspiring a team of researchers.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Driving profitable revenue with a growth-oriented mindset.
Growing client relationships and delivering value to increase Ipsos revenues.
Developing an external profile as a Thought Leader (e.g., through papers, conferences, panels).
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Designing and executing research projects to deliver actionable insights.
Presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
Staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
Monitoring policy environment and client challenges.
Contributing to team development.
Demonstrating leadership in Ipsos culture initiatives (CSR, D&I, HR, industry-specific).
Driving improvements in company offerings, performance, and client delivery.
This role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week, with the rest from home.
