Research Multimedia & Publishing Specialist12 Month FTCBirmingham £275-350 per dayOur client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking a Research Multimedia Specialist to join its Global Investment Research division. This division delivers high-quality insights across equity, fixed income, currency and commodities markets, supporting a diverse client base that includes institutions, corporations and investors worldwide.The Global Investment Research team produces original, data-driven analysis on industries, companies and macroeconomic trends. Their work helps clients make informed strategic and investment decisions. The team operates at the forefront of research innovation, continuously evolving how insights are delivered across digital platforms.This role sits within a global editorial and digital content team, working closely with senior editorial leadership to shape and execute the division's multimedia strategy. You will play a key role in transforming research into engaging digital formats, ensuring content is delivered effectively across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and prepare audio and video content for publication, including trimming, stitching, adding intros, and exporting final assetsCollaborate with research analysts to refine content and secure approvalsWork alongside senior analysts to publish multimedia outputs to client-facing platformsEnsure published content is accurately displayed and distributed across digital channels and mobile applicationsDevelop and produce recurring multimedia features, such as weekly summaries and event replaysSupport content strategies for major events, including conferences and flagship presentationsCurate and prioritise research content on digital platforms using editorial judgementAssign rankings and visibility to reports to optimise user engagementOrganise and tag content across themes, sectors and topicsBuild collections, landing pages and curated content hubsIdentify and highlight key themes by connecting related research across disciplinesPartner with design teams to create visual assets such as info-graphics, slides, and interactive contentDevelop innovative ways to present complex research in accessible formatsMaintain and evolve editorial resources, including style guides, glossaries and content librariesCreate and manage templates for recurring content formats and layoutsSkills & ExperienceEssentialStrong organisational and analytical capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong sense of accountabilityExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to take ownership of projects through to completionHands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Audition, Premiere Pro and Photoshop)Familiarity with content management systems (CMS platforms; experience with enterprise systems is advantageous)Why Apply?This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, media and technology, contributing to how world-class research is delivered to a global audience.
