Base pay range

We are seeking an *advanced chemist* to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality.

In this role, you should possess an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical, temporal, spatial)
