Key Responsibilities:

1. Research Execution

·       Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability testing).

·       Analyse user behaviour, identify key problems, and synthesise insights into clear research findings.

·       Prepare structured research reports and deliverables for stakeholders.

2. Research Operations

·       Recruit, screen, and manage research participants across local markets.

·       Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage user incentives.

·       Maintain research documentation, user databases, and study records.

·       Ensure all sensitive user information is censored and handled according to internal guidelines.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

·       Work with global and regional teams to align research objectives and timelines.

·       Present research findings to product, design, and business stakeholders.

·       Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.


Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields with exposure to research methods.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in user research, market research, research operations, or related domains.

·       Strong understanding of research methodologies (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, interviews).

·       Able to synthesize insights, identify problems, and communicate findings clearly.

·       Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       Native proficiency in the local language and good English (B2+), with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
