Salary - 28600 To provide an industry-leading rooms booking experience by handling contacts via phone and other mediums to match products with guest needs resulting in revenue generation, brand preference and customer loyalty. • To ensure all reservations enquiries are dealt with in line with the hotel's selling strategy and in accordance with company and brand standards (including effective handling of enquiries by phone, email & maintaining the reservations inbox. • To manage all aspects of the reservations journey – From initial call to the arrival of the guest. • Exceeding the guests expectations. Delivery and set up of pre booked packages such as birthday & romance packages. • Manage the restaurant diary and coordinate with the F&B teams on special occasions. • Work along side the M&E sales team with regards to bedroom allocations and room type management. • Supporting the M&E department with special occasion bookings such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentines. • To build relationship with all key Corporate accounts and bookers. • To be fully conversant with all facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotels and use this information to maximise hotel sales. • To ensure all revenue is tracked accurately. • To provide a seamless customer experience through effective use of systems while using information and tools appropriately. • Complete detailed audit and maintenance on their Hotel PMS. (include upkeep and maintenance of PMS guests and companies profiles) • To promote the image of the hotel and the Company by the provision of quality customer care standards both internally and externally You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
