As a Reservations & Operations Executive you will be overseeing the operations of the FIT's and ensuring clients' expectations and requirements are more than met. Dealing with direct clients and Travel Agents by phone and email putting together tailor-made packages to European destinations, including hotels, rail tickets and excursions.
