\nA highly regarded and well-known firm within the residential property market is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (5+ years’ experience) to join their successful and expanding team based just outside Leeds.

\nThe Role: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters
\n\t
• Handle transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
\n\t
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships
\n\t
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a well-structured, team-focused environment
\n

Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience handling residential property transactions
\n Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy caseload
\n Excellent communication and client care skills
\n A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
\n
