Hill McGlynn is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a residential cladding project based in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a reputable contractor delivering essential remediation works within an occupied residential environment.
The Role: As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, the site team, and project stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring clear communication, minimising disruption, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally Provide clear and regular updates on project progress, timelines, and upcoming works Coordinate access to properties where required for inspections and works Manage complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where necessary Work closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure resident needs are considered Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project communicati...
