This is a client-facing role where you will deliver bothplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)andreactive maintenanceacross a range of electrical and mechanical systems.The role is primarily based at a prestigious corporate headquarters in London, with scheduled monthly visits to regional offices in Birmingham and Manchester to support planned maintenance activities and occasional reactive works. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry outplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems in line with agreed schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation work in line withIET Wiring Regulations BS7671and relevant industry safety standards.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Facilities Managers across the Birmingham and Manchester sites.Deliver high-quality service to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)while ensuring statutory compliance.Support and oversee minor works carried out by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations.Liaise with the onsite FM team and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent customer service standards in a professional corporate environment.Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to ensure all contractual obligations are met.Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rotafor the London site (1 in 3).Required Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialRecognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).Proven experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within building services environments (SFG20 or equivalent standards).Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills across electrical and mechanical systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills for a client-facing role.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.DesirableExperience working within corporate office or commercial building environments.Previous experience managing subcontractors and minor works.BenefitsSalary up to£47,000 (DOE)Overtime opportunitiesCall out allowance (1 in 3 rota)Expensed travel to Birmingham and Manchester sites25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysCompany pension with employer contributionSick pay schemeSalary sacrifice car scheme (Hybrid/Electric vehicles)Private medical insurancePersonal wellbeing and volunteer days24/7 Employee Assistance Programme including counselling and legal adviceFlexible benefits including dental insurance, gym memberships, travel insurance, and cycle-to-work schemeStructured personal development programmeIf you are interested apply now!JBRP1_UKTJ
