Full-time, permanent Unqualified Salary: £33,349.58 with sleep in shifts. Qualified Salary (Level 3/4): Earning up to £35,935.36 with sleep in shifts. Location: Dorchester Specific Hours: Shift pattern on rotation Who are we? Budwood, a part of Polaris Community, are a local business providing Residential Care and Support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties as well as social and emotional mental health. Our young people here may have experienced adverse childhood experiences and so the aim of the service is to provide them with a stable comfortable home. As such, they will receive high levels of support and guidance to keep them safe as well as guidance to enable them to learn new skills to help with a successful transition to independence and adulthood. We are looking for passionate Residential Support Workers to join one of our homes in Dorchester. You will be a part of a team that provide flexible and individual care packages towards all our children and young adults.
