Join us and be part of a team that changes lives every day.Role Overview:As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of up to 6 Looked after Children, providing care, support, and guidance. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans and implement therapeutic interventions.
