Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary : Unqualified : Base salary of £27,866.34 , earning up to £33,447.67 with sleep-in shifts.
Qualified : Base salary of £29,181.57 , earning up to £34,762.90 with sleep-in shifts.

We are currently looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join our Residential homes!
Purpose of Job
Based in a children's residential home you will be working with young people with challenging behaviour, and you will need to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organised, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
