About Us

Assist Care is a 2 bed Children's Home (EBD) in Coventry specialising in providing high-quality trauma-informed care to children and young people aged 7 - 17 with Emotional and/or Behavioural Difficulties in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

Role: Residential Children’s Home Registered Manager - Children’s Home (EBD).

Salary: Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

The Home: You will be leading a 2-bed home for children in Coventry with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities;

• Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care • Ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards, achieving Good and Outstanding outcomes • Taking responsibility for safeguarding, compliance, and care planning • Working in partnership with the RI, social workers, education providers, and other agencies • Playing a key role in the company’s growth, with a clear pathway to Operations Manager

Requirements;

• Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential home • Strong track record supporting children with EBD • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted requirements • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving children’s lives
