Were currently recruiting Residential Childrens Support Workers for a well-established OFSTED-registered children's home in Hove (BN3) . This is a rewarding, full-time permanent position supporting children and young people aged 818 years .
You dont need previous experience in residential childcare if youre compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping children thrive, we want to hear from you.
Whats on Offer:
Salary between £28,000 and £30,000 inclusive of sleep-ins

Comprehensive training programme (no cost to you)

Support with daily routines, education, activities, and emotional wellbeing

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including occasional sleep-ins

Must be able to commute to central Hove (BN3)
