About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Childrens Home Team Leader to join our Ofsted-registered residential service in Herne Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role within a supportive and child-focused environment.Working closely with the management team, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and positive childcare practices are maintained at all times. You will help create a safe, nurturing and empowering environment where young people are supported to build independence, develop life skills and prepare for adulthood.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe, warm and supportive environment for all young peopleLead, mentor and support residential care staff to deliver consistent, high-quality careContribute to care planning, record keeping and reportingEnsure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies and organisational standardsPromote positive outcomes and person-centred support for each childAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be resilient, enthusiastic and committed to improving the lives of children and young people.
