\nThis is a fast-paced residential conveyancing role but without the pressure of unmanageable volume. The firm works with both individual buyers and property buying companies, with transactions expected to complete within 30 days – making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in an energetic environment.
\nThe firm is dedicated to supporting its staff. If you’re not yet qualified, they will make it a priority to get you qualified, offering progression routes via Training Contracts, CLC or CILEX.

\nKey Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Acting for both individual clients and property companies
\n\t
• Turning transactions around efficiently and to a high standard
\n\t
• Building strong client relationships in a busy, supportive team
