Northampton | £40,000 – £55,000

About the Role:

A respected and established Legal 500 law firm in Northampton is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional who can manage their own caseload while thriving in a supportive and collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Managing enquiries and progressing transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout

About You:

The firm welcomes candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, provided you are confident running your own files. This may include:

• Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
• CILEX Lawyers
• Experienced unqualified conveyancers

You will ideally:

• Have solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Be comfortable managing your own caseload independently
• Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
