Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor – Boutique Law Firm (Manchester Outskirts) I am working with a boutique law firm located on the outskirts of Manchester who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their growing team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a personable, well-established practice offering high-quality residential work.
\nThe Role

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
\n\t
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
\n\t
• Working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
\n\t
• Running files independently with support where required
\n

The Ideal Candidate

• Residential Conveyancer or qualified Solicitor
\n\t
• At least 3 years’ experience handling their own residential caseload
\n\t
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
\n\t
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n\t
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
