You will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The work will include a broad range of transactions such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. This position will suit someone who is confident working independently, taking full ownership of their files, while also contributing to the expansion and ongoing success of the conveyancing team.
