Residential Conveyancer – Birmingham

A leading opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate specialising in Residential Property to join a growing and supportive legal team. This role is ideal for a confident Conveyancer seeking to run a caseload whilst managing a team.

The Role:

The Residential Conveyancer will play a central role in delivering high-quality residential property services, supporting junior colleagues and ensuring an exceptional client experience across a broad range of property matters. This will involve providing  expert advice on complex residential property and conveyancing matters, lead, supervise and mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards whilst building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This position sits within a team committed to becoming a market leader in managing large-scale property portfolios and delivering consistently high levels of service.

About You:

To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you  will bring a combination of technical skill, leadership ability and exceptional attention to detail. You will be a legally qualified solicitor with strong experience  in residential property with a proven  ability to lead, supervise and support junior colleagues.

This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys collaborative working, problem-solving and supporting the professional growth of others.
