Job Description

Our client, a growing and well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 4 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and handling complex residential property matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
  • Manage New-Build Purchases
  • Provide advice on Non-Transactional matters and Land Law issues
  • Conduct Transfers of Equity, Assents, Re-mortgages, First Registrations, and Lease Extensions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality advice
  • Support and mentor junior team members when required


Requirements:


  • Strong residential conveyancing experience across a range of property matters
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues is desirable
