Job Description
Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Location: East London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000+
Benefits: Hybrid working, strong support structure, clear path to partnership, low staff turnover, modern systems and tools
About the Company:
A well-established, specialist property firm based in East London, known for handling high-value, bespoke transactions across both residential and commercial property. With a close-knit team and a strong reputation in the market, the firm offers a stable and supportive environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Role Summary:
This is an opportunity to join a respected property practice where you’ll work on a varied caseload of quality residential matters, often linked to broader commercial transactions. The firm offers autonomy, flexibility in how you manage your workload, and a clear route toward partnership for those looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters: Gain exposure to high-value and complex transactions
• Handling leasehold and freehold work: Build depth across varied property types
• Supporting and collaborating on commercial-linked matters: Broaden your technical skillset
• Running files independently where appropriate: Develop autonomy and confidence
• Maintaining consistent workflow without rigid targets: Work in a more balanced, less pressured environment
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
• Strong knowledge of leasehold transactions
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload efficiently
• Interest in or exposure to commercial property (desirable, not essential)
If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
