Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Coalville
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a well-established and thriving property team in Coalville. This role offers high-quality work, career progression and a genuinely supportive environment.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision. This includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold work and transfers of equity. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
• Draft, review and finalise contracts, transfer deeds and title reports
• Ensure compliance with AML, SRA and GDPR regulations
• Supervise and support junior team members where required
• Engage in business development and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
