We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our team in handling property transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous conveyancing experience with a thorough understanding of residential property law and a proven track record in managing all aspects of the conveyancing process. This role requires a detailed oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Managing a mixed caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to provide regular updates to all Drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring the case management system is updated Conducting property searches and enquiries, drafting reports on title, submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns, carrying out AML checks and checking proof of funds.
