Residential Conveyancer – Cannock

A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Walsall office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to manage a varied residential property caseload in a supportive, professional environment.

As a conveyancer in this team you will handle your own residential property caseload to include:

\n
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases

\n
• Managing new-build transactions and remortgages

\n
• Overseeing transfers of equity, lease extensions and first registrations

\n
• Providing land law advice and managing non-transactional matters

To be considered you must be:

\n
• Qualified Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer, or experienced Paralegal

\n
• Confident managing files from instruction to completion

\n
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law

\n
• Team player with excellent communication skills
