A prestigious, Chambers and Legal 500 recognised law firm with offices across the region and

in London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its expanding team in South Buckinghamshire.

Led by a highly experienced partner from a top-tier firm, the department offers an outstanding environment for professional development. You will manage a broad, high-quality caseload, often mid to high net worth and play an integral role in the firm's continued growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, leasehold work, Transfers of Equity, shared ownership and lease extensions
• Working closely with Partners and potentially supporting junior members of the team while running your own busy caseload
• Handling the full range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships
• Achieving billing targets and contributing to the team's financial performance
• Undertaking networking and business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships

• Solid background in residential conveyancing with experience managing your own files
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confidence in client communication and relationship management
• An interest in business development, marketing and supporting the firm's regional growth
