\nAbout the Role
\nYou will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a friendly, close knit team. The firm is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. Although the role is primarily residential, any experience in commercial property would be a welcome bonus.

\nBonus Structure
\n• Competitive salary of £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
\n• Once targets are introduced, you will earn 5% on all billing over your target
