Role Overview:
Seeking a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a dynamic team. You will handle standard residential conveyancing matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Handle leasehold and freehold transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the process
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
About You:

- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
