Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in providing advice to clients and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to each client.
Responsibilities
Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties professionally
Provide a high level of client care and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Ideally, you will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyance or Legal Executive
Experienced in managing residential property transactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Excellent communication and client care skills
A proactive and organised approach
