Well-Established High Street Firm | Friendly Team | Quality Local Work A long-standing and highly regarded high street law firm in Caerphilly is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, client-focused firm with strong local ties and an excellent reputation for service. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This will include a broad mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Experience with new builds and shared ownership would be a bonus but is not essential.
