About the Role:
You will be responsible for handling a full range of  residential property transactions , including:
\n Sales and purchases  of freehold and leasehold properties
Remortgages  and  transfers of equity
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
Drafting contracts, conducting searches and managing completions
Providing clear, practical legal advice and guidance on costs
Maintaining accurate and compliant case files
