Due to an exciting restructure due to recent growth; we are seeking a solicitor and or conveyancer to lead and support a busy property team, overseeing daily operations, providing guidance to colleagues and managing a high-volume caseload. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CQS protocols and compliance, with experience managing a small conveyancing team highly desirable. Strong case management skills, the ability to handle a high-volume workload and proven leadership and team management abilities are essential.
