Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) – Spelthorne, Surrey
A long-standing, multi-practice law firm in Spelthorne, Surrey is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly property team. With a loyal client base and regular conveyancing instructions including high-net-worth residential matters in the local area this is a great place to grow and thrive.
You'll work alongside experienced fee-earners, supported by dedicated paralegals and secretaries. The environment is welcoming, collaborative and genuinely focused on work-life balance no long-hours culture and flexible support to help you deliver great client service.
What you'll handle:
- \n
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
Who we're looking for:
- \n
- 1 - 5 PQE is ideal, though higher PQE candidates are encouraged to apply too
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
- Confident managing your own end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload
