Residential Conveyancer

Merseyside / Cheshire- Hybrid

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing professional to join their thriving Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience who can confidently manage a full caseload and hit the ground running.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied residential caseload and be responsible for running files from instruction through to completion. You will play an integral part in a busy, supportive team environment with plenty of scope for career growth.

Key Requirements

  • Solid residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling sales, purchases and remortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties
  • Conducting title checks, searches and all pre-exchange/completion work
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with SDLT, Land Registry requirements, CQS standards and internal procedures
  • Maintaining accurate file records and updating the case management system in a timely manner
