Residential Conveyancer - Norwich

Oculus Legal Group is currently working in close partnership with a reputable, Legal 500 practice in Norwich seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and experienced property team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients across East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions. Handle matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction throughout. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates. Ensure all legal requirements and best practice standards are met. Maintain accurate records and case documentation using case management systems.

Requirements: Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience in residential conveyancing. Proven track record of independently handling a full residential conveyancing caseload. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
