A new opportunity to join a well-regarded commercial law firm in the Centre of Manchester. Employing over 80 lawyers, with 10 of these in the property law department, this firm is well-established, well-organised and does great quality work.
This is a genuinely hard to come by role, with high quality work flowing from the firm’s strong commercial client base and HNW Family department, meaning the caseload is interesting, varied and largely made up of high-value residential property transactions.
The Role:
Handling a quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Work primarily involving high-value properties and repeat/referral clients
Working within a well-organised and structured department
Supported by ample legal and administrative support, allowing you to focus on fee-earning
Hybrid working: 2 days working from home

The Ideal Candidate:
2 year PQE Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC)
Solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
Comfortable dealing with higher-value transactions
Organised, commercially minded and client-focused
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £40,000
