Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

Location: Birmingham or Nottingham

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-time / Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established property team, based in either Birmingham or Nottingham.

The Role:

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n\t
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
\n\t
• New build transactions
\n\t
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
\n

About You:

\n\t
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
\n\t
• Proven experience handling residential property matters independently
\n\t
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
\n\t
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
